1.A clear lane must be provided within the roadbed to allow for the free passage of emergency vehicles (i.e., fire trucks, ambulances, etc.)
A minimum 15'wide travel lane in the roadbed is required on all streets.

2.Narrow street:any street where the roadway is equal to or less than 30ft. The roadbed must have a 15' minimum clear emergency travel lane remaining with roadway dining setups on both sides. On narrow streets the maximum allowable depth of the roadway dining structure may be 7ft.
